A phone call is the simplest route for short questions, like whether we take on a certain kind of job or whether your property sits inside our area. Email suits longer requests, especially when you have photos, sketches or a set of plans to attach.

La Vernia is our home base, and the map below marks the office. From here we work across Wilson County and in nearby towns in east Bexar and Guadalupe counties.

What to put in an estimate request

A few details up front make the first conversation about your project far more useful. Please include:

• Project address and town. The street address tells us where the work is and how the site can be reached with equipment and materials.
• City limits or county. If you know it, tell us whether the lot falls within a city’s limits or on county land. Permit and inspection requirements depend on which one applies, and our La Vernia and Wilson County permits page walks through how that works.
• The type of work. For example a bathroom remodel, kitchen update, room addition, concrete slab or driveway, patio cover, barndominium finish-out or repair.
• Photos. Pictures of the room, yard or structure as it stands today, plus any drawings or plans you already have.
• Rough timing. When you hope to start, and any date the finished work matters for, such as a family gathering or a move-in.
• Budget range, if you know it. A range is plenty. It lets us suggest a scope and materials that fit.
