Each service page explains the work in more detail, including the permit questions that may apply. Overlapping projects, like an addition plus a patio slab, can share one estimate.

Bathroom remodeling →New cabinets, counters, lighting or a more open layout for a kitchen that no longer suits your household. Bring your appliance list, and say whether you cook with gas or electric.
Kitchen remodeling →A bedroom, guest suite or larger living area built onto your house. The plan works around the existing foundation, roofline and how the new room connects inside.
Home additions →Driveways, slabs and patios, including pads for sheds and shops. Grade, drainage and how the slab will be used shape each pour.
Concrete work →New small buildings from foundation to finish, for storage, a backyard office or a compact guest space. Tell us the size, the use and where it will sit on the lot.
Tiny homes & sheds →Turning a metal building shell into living or work space with framing, insulation, interior walls and finishes. Send the shell supplier’s drawings with your request.
Barndominium finish-out →Covered patios and outdoor rooms that add shade and usable space behind the house, often paired with a new concrete slab.
Patio covers & outdoor living →Fixes large and small, from damage left behind by a leak to worn trim, doors and drywall. Send photos of the problem.
Home repairs →We don’t list prices online, because two projects with the same name can have very different scopes. These factors shape an estimate most:
Lock in selections before anything is ordered, because our policy is no cancellations after materials have been purchased. Thinking about next year? Read about planning a spring project over the winter.

Larger projects move through three stages: planning before work starts, the build itself, and closeout at the finish. Finished work is on our projects page.
Whether a project needs a permit depends on where the property sits and the type of work. Inside La Vernia city limits, permits come from the City of La Vernia. In unincorporated Wilson County there is no county zoning, but the county says development permits are required before construction starts. The permit navigator walks through both offices. Where the job calls for one, your project’s permit is applied for before work starts.
Each town below has its own page on local rules and typical projects.
Start with the project address and the rooms or area involved. Add rough dimensions, photos, any drawings, a budget range and your preferred timing, and say whether you’ll live in the house during the work.
It depends on what your home is missing. If the rooms are the right size but poorly arranged, a remodel may solve it; if you need more square footage, an addition usually makes sense. Tell us what the finished space should do and we can weigh both options.
On remodels, additions and finish-outs, plumbing and electrical scope is planned into the estimate with the rest of the project. List any fixtures, outlets or appliances you want added or moved.
Ask each one for a written scope, a proposed schedule, the payment stages and how changes are handled once work begins. Ask to see completed projects similar to yours, too.
Tell us what you have in mind. From home repairs to additions, call or send the form for a free estimate.
